David Bramley is a vice president in the Chemicals and Petroleum practice, based primarily in the London office. He works principally on business strategy, economics, and organizational assignments for private and public companies involved in the international E&P (exploration and production) industry. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Bramley was a vice president of Arthur D. Little and co-head of the firm�s Global Upstream and Gas practice. He has more than 23 years experience in the petroleum business, having worked prior to his consulting career for 9 years with Shell International as a petroleum engineer, business planner, and economist. In addition to his E&P experience, Mr. Bramley has worked in the gas and downstream areas. His work on strategy has involved corporate and business unit strategies, value-optimizing growth strategies, portfolio management, mergers, strategic management of technology, and processes and organization for strategic planning. In economics, he has advised on a wide variety of deal-making and negotiating situations, and a number of litigation support assignments. In organizational work, he has led assignments on the human behavioral aspects of business performance and helped clients organize for optimal technology management. He was heavily involved in developing ADL�s competitive performance benchmarking methodologies. |
