David has over ten years experience in direct marketing, with expertise in database and Internet marketing. David�s responsibilities at MBS include developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing plans for our clients. He has a broad range of skills and experience, including multi-channel marketing, quantitative and qualitative business analysis, and new product introductions of consumer-oriented technology. Prior to joining MBS in 2003, David was Director of Online Products for Naviant Marketing Solutions, where he launched the company's new electronic services suite, developed an innovative consumer database product, and oversaw the successful deployment of hundreds of direct-to-consumer email marketing campaigns. His track record for success includes orchestrating the redesign of a major publishing company's Order Management and Customer Relationship Management systems. David is an active member of the Association of Internet Professionals and Direct Marketing Association and is well versed in the subject of consumer privacy.David holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University�s Johnson Graduate School of Management, where he studied Marketing and General Management. He is a Certified Master of Japanese Language and lived in Osaka, Japan, from 1989-1991. |
