David Breen
Vice President, Human Resources
David Breen is currently Vice President, Human Resources. He joined the General Dynamics Network Systems in 2004. Mr. Breen previously served as the Vice President for Human Resources at General Dynamics United Kingdom, Ltd., responsible for providing full range human resources services. GDUK delivers complex engineering and systems integration solutions for the UK Ministry of Defense. Before joining General Dynamics in the UK, Mr. Breen spent six years at General Dynamics Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia, first as Manager of Human Resources and then Director of Compensation engaged in the design, development, and administration of incentive and equity compensation plans. He joined General Dynamics in 1985 at Electric Boat where he participated in a broad spectrum of human resources initiatives. Mr. Breen received a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. While at Electric Boat, he earned a master's in business administration from the Hartford Graduate Center, an extension of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
