David Cristofaro is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Actionable Research.
Throughout a productive professional career spanning 18 years, Cristofaro has established a leadership position in developing marketing research solutions for clients custom-tailored to their unique requirements. Prior to his tenure with Research, he was President and co-founder of Clearvision Research International, a marketing research firm specializing in Internet customer satisfaction research.
David's passion is discovering attitudes and emotions underneath his client's customers' opinions and behaviors, and offering insight into how his clients can best market to them and serve them. As part of this quest, Cristofaro has created innovative programs to measure satisfaction and loyalty for market giants such as Adobe Systems, Motorola and Tyco Electronics, developed market segmentation schemes for Align Technology, Avid Technology and Classmates Online, and directed product development research for Boston Scientific Corporation and Johnson & Johnson and Terumo Cardiovascular.
David is also a managing partner of Genesi Inc, a Business Development Corporation specializing in medical device, biotech and diversified manufacturing, and a principal of Action Consulting and Training, an operations consultancy and think tank. He is also a guest lecturer for quality measurement instruction at Cal State University, Fullerton.
Prior to his marketing research career, Cristofaro held various sales and marketing management roles at Interliant, Boston Scientific Corporation and Lanier Worldwide. Mr. Cristofaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
