David Crosswhite is a Managing Director in Strategos' Chicago office. David focuses on assisting clients with corporate strategy development and strategy process design. David has also worked extensively on the development of new business concepts and innovation capability building within many of Strategos' clients. He has helped global Fortune 100 companies design and implement innovation centers-of-excellence that provide an ongoing structure for innovation capability. His work has reached across many industries, including consumer products, electric and gas production and retailing, automotive, and durable goods. David's work with the Whirlpool Corporation is well documented in Strategic Innovation, Embedding Innovation as a Core Competency in Your Organization, which describes the innovation capability-building journey of Whirlpool, and is authored by Nancy Tenant Snyder, the EVP of Leadership and Competence Development for that organization. Before coming to Strategos, David was a principal at Gemini Consulting in their strategy practice, focusing on both marketing and process-design issues across all functions for major telecommunications companies. Much of his work at Gemini involved helping telecommunications providers prepare for entry into new businesses in a fully competitive environment. The assignments entailed assisting companies with their near-term marketing and business plans, and distribution channels strategies. Prior to working with Gemini, David worked with IBM as a National Accounts Manager. David was an Austin Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he earned his MBA. David received his BS in Electrical Engineering at Lehigh University. |
