David DeRuff has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience. Mr. DeRuff was a Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, where he spent over a decade of his career, and Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette, where he led their West Coast technology banking practice. He has completed well over 100 transactions for technology companies including mergers & acquisitions, public equity and private equity placements. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Mr. DeRuff holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. Mr. DeRuff recently served as Chairman of the Estuary Boathouse Fund, a non-profit entity dedicated to building a new facility for the University of California Crew. Mr. DeRuff was also a Director of the San Francisco 2012 Olympic Bid and a member of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team. |
