Mr. Fetzer has over 25 years experience in project development. Prior to his association with MHTN, he was principal of Ehninger Fetzer Tholen, Inc., Salt Lake City. Mr. Fetzer has extensive experience in facility programming and master planning. He is a project management specialist who has directed design management and construction management services for various University and Governmental clients. He has expertise in the preparation of feasibility and funding documents for new projects and in preparing submittal data for project financing. He is experienced in multiple project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build, bridging, fast track, and systems construction. |
