Dave has successfully recruited senior general management for companies in all phases of growth. He has completed assignments for positions deemed critical to competing globally, identifying executives with responsibility for international strategy, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, research, and commercialization functions. Previously Dave was with a Providence, RI based retained search firm for more than four years, where his practice focused on serving industrial manufacturing and life sciences clients. A corporate background in sales, operations, and finance provides Dave with a thorough understanding of key factors determining executive success. Dave began his career with Coopers & Lybrand serving manufacturing, finance, and real estate clients. He joined Premark International, a company comprised of 13 global manufacturers, where he gained broad global operations, management, and profit and loss experience. Premark deployed Dave to key operations located in the U.S., Mexico, South America, and Europe. His performance on these critical consulting assignments led to his appointment as the youngest regional operations manager in the history of Wilsonart International, a Premark subsidiary. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Personnel Consultant. Dedicated to community at large, Dave has coached and mentored for gang prevention organizations and served on the board of directors for his local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
