Mr. Fronk is a Principal in ERS Group�s Washington, DC office. He has over 15 years of experience in applying analytical, quantitative, and case management techniques to litigation issues and problems. His expertise includes damages estimation, financial analysis, and regulation. He has provided litigation assistance in a wide variety of matters, including licensing disputes, breach of contract, patent, antitrust, utility regulation, postal ratemaking, and environmental cost allocation and settlement analysis. He has also prepared reports and provided testimony on postal pricing and policy. His experience covers a number of industries, with a special focus on the computer, semiconductor, telecommunication services, biotechnology, postal, and financial services industries. In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Fronk has previously been employed at the Federal Trade Commission, NASA, and the USPS, where he prepared public policy analysis, economic research, and financial analysis. He holds an M.B.A from Stanford University, an M.A. in economics from the George Washington University, and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota. |
