David Griffith is a Consulting Engineer and Project Manager with an extensive background in design and manufacturing. Design for Manufacturability - Using the principles of six sigma design, the client's design is reviewed to ensure manufacturing capability and repeatability. The net result to the client is increased quality, reduced project cycle time and shorter time to market.
Project Management - Clients are provided with hands on management of their accounts. Timelines for deliverables and key milestones are closely monitored to ensure that delivery expectations are met.
