David Grissom is Chairman of Mayfair Capital, Inc., a private investment firm. He is also Chairman of The Glenview Trust Company, a private trust company serving high net worth individuals. David is the former Chairman and CEO of Citizens Fidelity Corp. and served as Vice Chairman of PNC Bank, which acquired Citizens Fidelity. He held this position until he retired in 1989. Throughout his career, David has been an important figure in the Louisville business community. Currently he is Chairman of the Executive Committee of Churchill Downs, Inc., and serves on the board of directors of Providian Financial Corporation and YUM! Brands, Inc., as well as a number of privately held companies. David has led or been closely involved with a number of successful start-ups, which include Regal Cinemas, Regent Communications, Six Flags, Inc. and Aperture Credentialing. |
