Mr. Gust has served on Technest Holdings' Board of Directors and as the chairperson of its compensation committee since March 15, 2006. Since 2004, General Gust has served as the Manager for Federal Telecommunications for Bechtel, Inc. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Technical and Management Services Corporation from 2000 to 2004. General Gust retired from the United States Army in 2000 after completing a career of 34 years of service. At retirement, he was the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Research, Development and Acquisition, Army Material Command. General Gust received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and Master's Degrees in Systems Management and National Security and Strategy from the University of Southern California and the United States Naval War College, respectively. |
