David Haas, vice president, has experience managing commercial litigation and valuation assignments involving intellectual property rights and other business issues. He also has experience in determining the value of intellectual property for a variety of purposes, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. He has testified in Federal District Court and in arbitrations on issues such as lost profits, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, company value, data compensation, and pricing harm. Mr. Haas also serves as an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School and has frequently spoken to professional groups on topics, including litigation damages, intangible asset valuation, and intellectual property licensing. Prior to joining CRA International, Mr. Haas was engineering manager and product manager for a distributor of design automation products. |
