David Hackney was most recently a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he acted as lead counsel in over 20 criminal jury trials. During his employment at DOJ, Mr. Hackney served overseas as the Resident Legal Advisor for the U.S. Office in Pristina, Kosovo, where he trained prosecutors and judges, and as a Legal Officer for the United Nations, where he investigated and prosecuted war crimes in the former Yugoslavia. Prior to law school, Mr. Hackney worked for the Eaton Corporation as an HR Generalist at a manufacturing plant and as a Labor Relations Representative for the Ford Motor Company at an engine assembly plant. Mr. Hackney is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School. |
