In his role as Vice President of Engineering and Product Management, David Helsper directs all aspects of technology development for both Digital Envoy and its business units, Digital Resolve and Digital Element. With more than 21 years in software development, his background includes a wealth of experience from writing program specifications to managing international projects.
David was formerly Vice President of Engineering at Netuitive, Inc. where he oversaw product development and management for their enterprise systems management offering. Prior to Netuitive, he held the position of Vice President of the Technology Group for Authorgenics, Inc. where he led a team of engineers in the development of technology that empowered non-programmers to create software solutions for diverse platforms such as Windows and the Web. He also previously held the position of Director of Product Development for Attachmate Corporation/Digital Communications Associates, Inc. where he led the development of all of their award-winning client-server computing tools. Awards included recognition as Digital Communications Associates� Innovator of the Year; the Visual Basic Programmer�s Journal�s Reader�s Choice Award for QuickApp and Byte Magazine�s Best of PC Expo Award for the Emissary Host Publishing product. Additionally, David has held positions with Carreker, Inc., Keane Inc., Nevis Technologies, Inc., Computer Communications, Inc., and BBN Communications.
David graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science. |
