Mr. Hochman, a director of Modigene, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Spencer Trask Edison Partners LLC, an affiliate of Spencer Trask & Co., since March 2004, focused on leveraging human capital to accelerate the development of emerging growth healthcare companies. He is also a Managing Director of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc., the Placement Agent in this Offering.
Mr. Hochman served as Managing Director, Venture Resources, for the Placement Agent from June 2000 until March 2004, responsible for directing the firm's investment banking and strategic advisory services and, prior to that, as Vice President, Investment Banking for the Placement Agent from December 1998 until May 2000.
Mr. Hochman is a member of the Board of Directors of Prescient Medical, Inc. and The Immune Response Corporation as well as an observer to the Boards of Directors of Hybridon, Inc. and Health Dialog Services Corp.
Mr. Hochman received a B.G.S., with Honors, from the University of Michigan. |
