David Ingram Senior Analyst Prior to joining Strategic Analytics, David was a Senior Economist at Torto Wheaton Research, a commercial real estate consultancy. At Torto Wheaton, David was responsible for modeling and forecasting U.S. and Canadian commercial real estate performance for institutional investors in commercial real estate. David joined TWR from Property & Portfolio Research, where he was the Head of International Forecasting. While at PPR, David designed international fundamentals and investment models, and helped create a European strategy product. Prior to that, David spent many years at Economy.com where he was Director of International Economics. In that position, David built the international forecast and analysis service from the ground up. David designed and built international macroeconomic models for forecasting and policy evaluation and directed international consulting. In addition, David taught at Coe College, and was an economist at WEFA, where he managed WEFA s U.S. current quarter and core macro model and engaged in consulting activities. David earned his Ph.D. at Kansas State and received his BA from the University of Tennessee.
