David Kantor has represented banks, financial institutions and lenders in a variety of matters, including deposit account operations, residential mortgage lending, consumer credit and regulatory compliance. David frequently lectures on lending and regulatory topics for the Minnesota Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Minnesota, where he has served as cochair of the legal issues committee. He is the editor of the Minnesota Bankers Association�s deposit accounts procedures manual and co-editor of the Minnesota Bankers Association�s lending manuals. David has been named a "Super Lawyer�" by his peers, as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine and has been named among The Best Lawyers in America in the area of banking law.
