Mr.Leach joined eSecuritel in March 2006 after leaving his position as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Datatrac, a supply chain and network services company in Atlanta. Before Datatrac, he was Chief Operating Officer for Procuri Inc, an Atlanta-based leader in providing strategic sourcing software for enterprises. Mr.Leach also co-founded Harbinger, Inc. in Atlanta in 1983, growing it to $155 million in revenue with $20 million in operating income, and eventually selling the company in June 2000 for $1.3 billion. Harbinger provided businesses of all sizes with software, value-added network services, business process outsourcing and consulting services to enable them to send and receive electronic documents and manage supply and demand chains. Over a 17-year career with the company he held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, President of the Financial Services Division, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman and Acting Chairman. Mr.Leach has also served as a consultant with McKinsey Management Consultants as well as an Associate with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr.Leach graduated with a B.A. from Sheffield University in England and received his MBA with honors from Harvard University. He is also a FCA, Fellow Chartered Accountant from the United Kingdom, and is currently on several private and public boards. |
