David Lee co-founded Lee & Allen after working at Price Waterhouse for twenty years, which included a two year secondment to the Serious Fraud office in London and also founded the forensic department at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Lee has been giving evidence since the early 1980s when he was first involved in ICC arbitration, warranty disputes, DTI investigations, loss of profit, fraud, and audit negligence work. He regularly gives evidence in courts and in arbitrations, calculating damages, loss of profit, and contentious valuation work, deriving from a wide range of issues across all corporate sectors. These include corporate sectors such as natural resources, financial and investment, manufacturing, retail, technology, and the service industries. He is a leading practitioner in cases of fraud with wide experience of investigation in the banking, financial services and insurance sector, and has been instructed in countless securities and corporate fraud matters. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the U.K. and also Hong Kong, and has been instructed on cases across the international community including matters in the North Americas, many European countries, China and the Far East, Australasia, and many offshore jurisdictions. |
