David Lerer has over twenty years of experience in real estate financial management and accounting. Mr. Lerer joined The Moinian Group in 1999, and is currently responsible for the financial asset management of the firm's properties. He was instrumental in negotiating and closing some of the most major commercial acquisitions, including 1775 Broadway, 500-512 Seventh Avenue, 180 Maiden Lane, 95 Wall Street and Sears Tower in Chicago.
Prior to joining The Moinian Group, Mr. Lerer served as the controller for Industry City Associates where he was responsible for the management of more than 25 HUD properties. Mr. Lerer also served as financial manager of property operations for The Related Companies and as the supervising senior accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Lerer earned his B.S. in accounting from Touro College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. |
