David Lindsay joined Jade Software Corporation (Methodware's Parent company) in 1997. David is Jade Software Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and is responsible for the overall financial and capital strategy of the Group as well as risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Jade Software Corporation David worked as a manager in audit and transaction services for both Coopers & Lybrand, Christchurch and Price Waterhouse, Central Europe where he was involved in audit and the introduction of foreign investment into the privatised industries of Eastern European countries |
