has served as an outside director since April of 2000. He is a Management Consultant in corporate finance and strategic business development. Mr. Lipinski served as Assistant Vice President Business Banking First Third Bank from September 2004 to October 2005. Prior to that he was Vice President of Spire Corporation and held the position of Vice President for Corporate Development at Stratos Lightwave from June 2000 to October 2002. Mr. Lipinski also serves as an outside director of Spire Corporation.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy Lipinski holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Lipinski holds the rank of Captain in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
