David Mallery is a co-founder and oversees the financial, legal and corporate development. He was the founding (pro-bono) Chief Financial Officer of IGC. He is also the Managing Director of a private placement firm in San Diego, CA, and Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Mallery was formerly the Principal Venture Analyst for the Calvert Group's venture and equity fund investments, helping place investments in life sciences, biotechnology, and resource conservation. From 1993 to 1996, he helped establish an independent biological science agency at the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington, DC. Mr. Mallery is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.David Mallery received a B.A. in Human Biology and Studio Art from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. |
