Mr. Mangan joined USpersonnel in March of 2004 as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Mangan has more than 25 years experience and has been accountable for every discipline of the human resource field with an expertise in human resource operations, human resource strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, training and development, and staffing. Mr. Mangan has worked for large organizations, such as Teledyne; Georgia-Pacific; Unisource Worldwide, Inc.; and most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers; a global leader in tax, advisory, and outsourcing services. Mr. Mangan holds a Bachelor�s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Master�s Degree in Organizational Development, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Human and Organizational Systems with the Fielding Graduate Institute. |
