David Mangum is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CheckFree Corporation. In this role, Mangum is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, finance and investor relations. In addition, he is responsible for OneVu, CheckFree�s electronic billing and payment joint venture in the United Kingdom, and he oversees the company�s key administrative functions, including Human Resources and Facilities.
Mangum joined CheckFree in September 1999 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting after serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Managed Systems Division of Sterling Commerce, Inc. Prior to his work at Sterling Commerce, he was Director of Finance at XcelleNet, Inc., and held various financial management positions at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (D&B), most recently as Director of Finance at D&B Software.
Mangum is a member of the Research Independence Council of the Independent Research Network, a joint venture of Nasdaq and Reuters, which serves as an intermediary for public companies seeking to have their equity securities covered by analysts. |
