He has covered various entertainment & leisure businesses with high yield debt outstanding for more than three years.
Mr. Marsh has experience with intricate financial structures and alternative securities. He was a high yield and convertible debt analyst for Trading Edge, Inc., as well as a fixed-income research and strategy generalist at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. He has evaluated mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, interpreted corporate credit valuations, and performed technical analysis on a broad spectrum of sectors and debt products.
