David Mercado is a partner in the Firm�s Corporate Department. David�s practice is diverse, with an emphasis on financings and mergers and acquisitions in Latin America. A significant component of his practice involves private equity funds.
David was born in Houston, Texas. He joined Cravath in 1984 and became a partner in 1992.
