Dave was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2006. As USi's most senior financial officer, he leads and manages all financial functions. Dave joined USi in June 1998 as Director, Merger Integration, and has played important roles in virtually every element of USi's financial operations. In his current capacity, Dave is responsible for USi's financial reporting, analysis, and planning, as well as all finance-related activities. He works closely with USi's two primary business units and CORE Operations to ensure alignment with USi's overall growth and business objectives. Dave is routinely responsible for introducing the company, including its financial objectives and growth plans, to prospects, clients, financial partners, and institutions. Dave has been instrumental in USi's merger and acquisition activities, most notably USi's 2002 merger with Interpath Communications and its 2004 acquisition of Appshop, Inc. Dave brings more than 16 years of accounting, financial, and strategic planning experience to his role as USi's CFO, including 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP, as a senior manager within the accounting firm. Dave holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from James Madison University. He lives in Ellicott City, MD, with his wife and three children. |
