Mr. Mitchell is responsible for setting the strategic direction growth initiatives and operations for all of Open Solutions� ancillary product lines. He joined Open Solutions in February of 2000 and brings more than 15 years of domestic and international high-technology venture experience to the company. Prior to joining Open Solutions Mr. Mitchell served as vice president Sales and Strategic Alliances at RoweCom a $300 million publicly-traded enterprise software company. In addition Mr. Mitchell has held leadership positions at the Primark Corporation and the Dialog Corporation both worldwide leaders in providing information services to the financial services sector. Both companies were acquired by The Thompson Corporation an $8 billion global leader in providing integrated information solutions.
Mr. Mitchell has received several awards from the American Management Association the Harvard Law School Consortium and the Center for Creative Leadership. Mr. Mitchell received a bachelor�s degree in marketing from Central Connecticut State University and earned his certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management (CSS) from Harvard University.
