Previously, Mr. Noyes was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Oxford Media, Inc. Prior he was Chief Financial Officer of Local.com Corp. (formerly Interchange Corporation) from January 2001 through January 2003 and Mergence Corporation from September 1999 through November 2000; Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Director of American Furnishings Corp. and California Mattress from 1996-1997; President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of California Software Products, Inc. in 1996; and, Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cla-Val Corporation in 1994-1995; President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Structural Coatings, Inc. from 1990-1992; Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of General Power Systems from 1984-1994 and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Scientific Drilling International from 1976 to 1984. He was also a senior Manager with Ernst and Young, and is a Certified Public Accountant and has a MBA and BS from UCLA. |
