He has more than 28 years experience in the clinical testing industry, including significant experience in developing new technologies. On behalf of SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories he negotiated license agreements involving patented gene sequences used to diagnose diseases and secured the first license for nucleic acid testing.
