Mr. Owen has 25 years experience in the assessment, valuation, and management of high-tech products and businesses, and is a co-inventor on one of PRO's process patents. Prior to working with PRO, Mr. Owen was a technology consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, Temple, Barker, & Sloane, and Arthur Young & Co., focusing on helping clients improve product time to market and integrating technology spending with business strategy. David received a BA in History and Philosophy from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. |
