For more than a decade, Dave has specialized in executive search within the area of Senior Management Recruitment. In addition to his leadership role within the firm, Dave has built an extensive personal network of the industries' top leaders and has personally completed hundreds of senior management searches. Prior to founding The Ransom Group, Dave held the position of Partner in a national search firm specializing in managed health care. For more than eight years, he was recognized as one of the firm's leading consultants. Dave is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
