David Reibel joined Way Systems as Vice President and General Counsel in December 2006. In addition to managing the Company�s worldwide legal function, he has been charged by the CEO with the responsibility for coordinating strategic initiatives. David has held several General Counsel positions for public and private companies prior to Way Systems, including Aprisma Management Technologies, the software division of Enterasys Networks (formerly known as Cabletron Systems), as well as European-based Esprit Telecom and First Telecom. David also has entrepreneurial experience as a founder of a law firm, operational experience as a Chief Operating Officer and government experience as a legislative aide to a Congressman. He trained as an associate with two law firms, Skadden, Arps and McKenna & Cuneo, in Washington, DC. David received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his A.B. from the University of Michigan. David also completed the Erasmus program in international and European law at the University of Leiden in the . |
