Dr. Reicher is head of CrossKeys Capital�s Healthcare and Specialty Publishing practice management groups. A member of the firm since its founding, David has provided the leadership and guidance earned throughout his thirty years as a practicing physician and businessman in the middle-market. Having recapped his own privately-held business with CrossKeys Capitals� principals in 1993, David is intimately familiar with the M&A process and the emotional roller-coaster of a divestiture process. Dr. Reicher brings a wealth of strategic relationships and first-hand operational knowledge to all of the healthcare and media deals that he leads. Dr. Reicher�s deal experience includes transactions with such esteemed names as John Wiley, Williams and Wilkins, Harvard Law Review, the American Bar Association, Wal-Mart, Aon, the International Oncology Network, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia, the Southern Orthopedic Medical Association, and various private equity groups. Education / Accreditation Dr. Reicher practiced as a board certified foot and angle surgeon from 1979 - 2001 when he retired to concentrate full-time on his activities at both DataTrace International and CrossKeys Capital. Dr. Reicher remains a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. David is also an active teacher and lecturer throughout the country, and is currently an adjunct faculty member of Temple University�s College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his medical degree. Dr. Reicher�s undergraduate years were spent at American International College in Springfield, MA. |
