David Richardson, Director of Engineering, Houston Applications Center, holds a BSEE from University of Southern Queensland, Australia and an MSEE from University of New South Wales, Australia. Mr. Richardson�s experience includes DSP, RF and IF design with expertise in high-speed modem design and radio system architectures. He has been project manager and technical authority for several successful microwave radio developments, and has played a lead role in the research of customer requirements for products under proposal and development. |
