Mr. Schuetz is Vice President and Midwest Regional Development Director for Erickson Retirement Communities. He is responsible for the development of Ann�s Choice in Warminster, Pennsylvania; Fox Run in Novi, Michigan; Sedgebrook in Lincolnshire, Illinois; and Monarch Landing in Naperville, Illinois. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he grew up in Houston, Texas, and is a 24-year veteran in development and construction. Before coming to Erickson, he worked for Centex Construction and Forest City Residential Group. Major construction projects included a Veterans Administration Hospital addition in Togus, Maine; a National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health laboratory building in Morgantown, West Virginia; a U.S. Navy acute care facility in Norfolk, Virginia; the Tobacco Row multi-use development in Richmond, Virginia; and the Drake Tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Schuetz has a B.B.A. in business and economics and an M.S. in construction management from Texas A&M University. |
