David Shaffer brings to Kibel Green more that 30 years of experience in the business planning, management and operational improvement areas. His range of expertise includes strategic and business planning, leadership development, best practices and operational improvement, sales management and the effective utilization and maximization of information systems and technology. He has served as a consultant to executive management for multiple industries including a wide range of manufacturing and distribution companies, retail, healthcare, elder care, technology, transportation and legal services.
Prior to joining KGI, David had his own consulting organization where he focused on helping organizations in multiple industries to establish strategic goals and to maximize operational efficiencies. His firm was recognized as a recipient of the Mark of Quality award for products, service and client support based upon the guidelines of the Malcolm Baldridge Award. In addition to self-employment, David has held executive and consulting positions for CPA, manufacturing, service and sales organizations including Peat Marwick, RSM McGladrey, IBM and Air Canada. He has been recognized for his ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the client organization from the executive through management and into operations and to deliver practical, timely and cost-effective solutions for organizational improvement.
David holds a Masters Degree (MBA) from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and a Bachelors degree from Concordia University (Sir George Williams) in Montreal, Canada. He has also completed executive programs through the Harvard School of Business and IBM executive training. He is an active member of the community and serves on several Board of Trustees both in the academic and business environments. |
