David is an experienced executive search consultant who came to Wakefield Talabisco International from Johnson, Smith and Knisely in 1997. Earlier in his career he worked for advertising, retailing and financial-services companies. He now specializes in bringing marketing, direct-marketing and general-management talent into financial services and Internet/e-commerce concerns worldwide.

David has a keen awareness of organizational structures and the dynamics of today's complex business environment. He uses this knowledge to examine the complete universe of talent to find the exact match to optimally solve the search. He believes that honest, open and respectful communication between the candidate and the search consultant is critical in working with top talent.

David earned his Bachelor of Science from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell in 1981. He then earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1986
