David Wilhelm is a self-taught chef and restaurateur responsible for the creation and development of numerous upscale restaurant concepts in the Southern California area over the past two decades. Joining forces with John Martin in 1996, David Wilhelm�s Culinary Adventures Incorporated came into existence. As the creative force behind the company, Wilhelm�s primary role in developing each concept includes the physical design, space planning, and food and beverage menu development. The restaurant group now boasts nine restaurants-French 75 in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, Chat Noir in Costa Mesa, Chimayo at the Beach in Huntington Beach, French 75 Brasserie in Irvine, Sorrento Grille in Laguna Beach, Savannah Steak and Chop House in Laguna Niguel as well as 2 new French 75 bistros in Los Angeles. |
