David Wilson leads the overall legal function of Allconnect and serves as a legal resource for all areas of company business. Wilson concentrates on providing legal input and support in the areas of commercial contracting, regulatory, privacy and data security, and deal structure. He has considerable experience working with utilities and other service providers. Wilson has been practicing law since 1995 and most recently spent six years as an attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, as a member of the Telecommunications and Technology Practice Group. Wilson earned a B.A. in English and psychology from the University of Michigan and holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond, where he served on the Law Review. David's Move story When I think of my favorite move story, I think of a friend and housemate of mine from college and post-college. There were many moves during those years and there was often friends seeking help with their moves. But my friend disliked few things more than the process of moving. Therefore, whenever people asked him if he would help them move, he replied that he would not, but he would be happy to chip in money for a professional mover! Although he was quite serious, nobody ever took him up on his offer and he always got out of having to help others move. Maybe he was on to something?. |
