David's objective is to develop and deploy technologies that support GS CleanTechs mission. Within his first few months in the organization David has spearheaded the addition of a dozen patented and/or patent pending technologies to GS CleanTechs portfolio, six by way of acquisition and five developed and authored directly by David. His authored technologies alone have the potential to dramatically increase the profitability of renewable fuel production and make a tangible contribution to energy independence in the United States. Mr. Winsness is a graduate of Clemson University (B.S., Mechanical Engineering 1991) and has spent his professional career as a process engineer in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and power generation markets.
