Mr. Zinn has over 10 years experience in public accounting and most recently held the position of Audit Partner at the accounting firm of Infante and Company, where he led the firm�s Securities and Exchange Commission practice. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Electrolytic Technologies Corporation. Mr. Zinn�s career in public accounting includes auditing small and large public companies. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and subsequently held the position of Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Zinn is a certified public accountant, holds an M.S. in Taxation from Florida International University and has a B.S. in Accounting from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University. |
