Dawn C. Wheeler is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Ms. Wheeler is a 1994 graduate of City University of New York Law School, having returned to school after a career in retail management. Upon graduation, she joined a small plaintiff�s personal injury firm and received considerable trial experience and handled all of the firms� appellate work and Surrogate Court matters. Ms. Wheeler then served as a litigation associate with staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies and then Royal and SunAlliance Insurance Companies, handling defense matters in the fields of auto, premises, and labor law matters, as well as coverage matters. Ms. Wheeler is also an arbitrator in small claims court at night in Civil Court, Kings County, on a pro bono basis. |
