Dawn J. Darringer is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, resident in its New York office. She is a member of the Firm�s Trial Department, where her practice focuses on employment, traditional labor law and employment counseling.
Dawn's practice involves extensive day-to-day counseling on a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour compliance, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, employment discrimination and harassment claims, reductions-in-force, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, severance agreements and personnel policies and procedures.
Dawn has represented clients throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial and arbitration. She works with a variety of clients across a range of industries including, but not limited to, health care, finance, publishing and fashion. Dawn also has served as labor counsel in connection with numerous corporate transactions.
Dawn is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association�s Labor and Employment sections.
