Dawn K. Arnold represents debtors, creditors and interested parties in Chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. She is also experienced in real estate litigation and leasing. Ms. Arnold co-chairs the Bankruptcy Committee of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY), where she is also is a Director. She co-chairs the Bankruptcy Committee of the Westchester Women's Bar Association (WWBA), where she participates in the Board of Directors and the Judicial Screening Committee. Ms. Arnold is a member of the International Women's Restructuring and Insolvency Confederation (IWIRC), where she is a member of the Planning Committee of the New York Network. She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). Ms. Arnold earned her bachelor's degree from Skidmore College in 1990 in political science and history, and obtained her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1996 where she received honors and was a semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition for Bankruptcy. Ms Arnold is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. |
