Dawn joined BRIDGEWERX as CFO in early 2006 and oversees all BRIDGEWERX financial operations. She also has a leading role in shaping corporate growth initiatives and investor strategies.
Dawn has worked as a finance professional for small, middle-market and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at SAGA Software in Reston, Va., where she was responsible for overseeing and directing the general finance, accounting and reporting functions. She also directed all financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions and was integrally involved in taking the company public and with additional secondary equity offerings. Dawn has also served in leadership positions at KPMG, LEGENT and Price Waterhouse.
Dawn has 20 years of financial management experience and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of Robert Morris College. |
