Dawn earned a M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado in 2001 and a B.S.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1994. Prior to joining Picosecond, Dawn held a variety of human resources positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, ChannelPoint, and most recently at Opuswave Networks, a subsidiary of Siemens. Dawn has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001. As Human Resources Director, Dawn is responsible for managing all aspects of Picosecond�s staffing, compensation, benefits, staff development, and employee relations to ensure that employees are productive, motivated, and retained. |
