Dawna Maiden is a corporate paralegal with more than 30 years of legal experience in areas ranging from bankruptcy, real estate transactions, estate planning, nonprofit corporations and homeowners associations to corporate and business transactions. She assists Ater Wynne attorneys in all aspects of corporate law including entity formation and dissolution; corporate compliance and multi-state qualifications; venture capital financing; mergers and acquisitions including stock and asset sales; and stock option plan administration. She also assists attorneys working with emerging growth businesses in a variety of matters including public and private offerings of securities, and state and federal regulation of securities.
